Co Story started as a guest author for Green Bench’s advertorials, such as spotlighting a local LGBTQ business or an eco-conscious company in town. Co pitched the idea, Step Inside St. Pete, to the publisher as a new visual feature that reveals the fabulous interiors of St. Pete homes and local businesses. Step Inside had such a positive response that it ran monthly for half a year then was handed off as a larger, full-spread edition for real estate sponsorships.
